What to include in your enquiry

None of this is required, but it lets us give you a useful answer first time instead of trading emails:

• What you want tested — a network, an application, a cloud environment, or you are not sure yet
• Rough size — how many live external IPs, internal hosts, applications or cloud tenants
• What prompted this — a customer security questionnaire, an insurance renewal, investor due diligence, or your own initiative
• Any deadline you are working to

If a customer or insurer sent you a specific requirement, forward the wording. It often specifies the type of test, and occasionally an accreditation requirement — and knowing that early saves everyone time.
